INCIDENT COMMAND VEHICLE

Newton Fire's Incident Command Vehicle is driven at all times by a chief who will be available to respond directly to a fire scene to provide a prompt response. This vehicle contains several high-powered radios for communicating with fire dispatch as well as other emergency units. It also contains a SCBA (air pack) and several tools for use in emergency situations before other fire apparatus arrive on the scene.
