NFD Presented with flag from Camp Delta

The Newton Fire Department recently had the privelage and honor of being presented with a flag that was flown over Camp Delta in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The certificate of authenticity reads, "Let it be known that the flag accompanying this certificate was flown proudly over Camp Delta, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba on September 11th, 2004. This flag is presented to you in the spirit of patriotism and as a tribute to those who lost their lives in terrorist attacks on the United States of America and to those who continue to fight in the Global War on Terrorism."
